Lipo 6 does work for me. It gives me more engery and that helps burn fat during a workout. It does make me feel a little anxious sometimes.

I lost 20 lbs on hydroxycut a year before I got pregnant. After I had my son I now have 30 lbs to lose that I gained during my pregnancy. I switched to this product after the Hydroxycut recall and I have been using it for 1 month. I diet and exercise regularly, cutting 500 calories a day and working out 3 days a week- 40 minutes cardio followed by 40 minutes toning. So far I have lost 3 lbs. On the hydroxycut with the same regimen I lost 10 lbs per week. I felt like I had more energy, I sweat more, and felt like every thing I was doing was intensified times 10. On the other hand, Lipo 6 hers is a joke I did not feel more energy and I did not feel like the pill was working, it just keeps you up at night. Do not waste your money!

4 Stars Yo Yo Dieter-Great Product
I have tried every diet, diet pills that is on the market. I had lost over 50 lbs this past year under a doctor’s supervision, due to my husbands recent job change we had to move out of state. Whith in the last 3 months I gained 25 of the 50lbs lost back. I was getting very discouraged, and thought to myself I will never be able to lose the weight again by myslef.

I went into GNC about a month ago asking for help and the girl working there suggested this product. I was a little scared at first thinking this is not going to work just like every other product I tried. I have been taking these pills for a little over 3 weeks and they have been working for me I have lost 12lbs so far.

I did stop taking them this past weekend, I had went on vacation and of course I ate not like I usually do. So when I got back I had gained 5lbs, but have been back on the pills for 5 days and have lost the 5lbs plus 2 more. With every diet you must eat right and exercise. You will be amazed at the results of this pill if you eat more health and exercise makes a big difference.

The only thing I don’t like is they do tend to keep me up till late hours and the first set of pills in the morning sometimes will give me nausea, but as soon as I eat it goes away.

I LOVE this product!! I am now on my second bottle and have lost 20 lbs. since Jan.. I don’t think about food anymore, in fact I have to remind myself to eat. Starting the first of the year I needed to lose 30 pounds, so I started using Lipo 6 with other daily supplements. I only take 1 pill in the morning and it works for me all day!!! I also got a Wii game and boy did that help too!! Get up off the couch and start slow, it’s fun and you’ll start to see great results!

I am on week 2 of the pill and had to cut back down to three pills a day because taking four was too much…i felt very energetic and once i came down from it i felt dizzy and very tired. Haven’t really lost any weight so far but i do feel better and i do combine this with exercise and a healthy diet…and plenty of water!! Will continue for a few more weeks to see if there is any weight loss.

But why am I reading reviews on Slim-Fast Optima Plan shakes HERE in the Slim-fast 3-2-1 Plan Shake review board?

I noticed Amazon does this with a lot of products. You notice it when the reviewer uses the name of the product he/she is reviewing.

Suddenly you realize you are reading a review on a model or product that is not the one you are wanting to read about to buy.

Amazon is really bad about combining all reviews on all Cannon Cameras or all other same brand name electronics under the title you are interested in and the some of the reviews are about more expensive or better models. VERY CONFUSING as well as MISLEADING if you do not catch it.

You end up having high expectations about the product you buy and get a big surprise/disappointment when it arrives.

Not Cool Amazon!

But with due diligence and Googling, combined with Amazons great prices and free shipping offer - you can get what you want cheap.

But remember - beware of the reviews. Like the Optima Plan shakes reviews under the Slim-Fast 3-2-1 Plan shakes right here.

I have deducted from Googling, that the Optima Plan Shakes are much more satisfying and stave off hunger longer than the 3-2-1 Plan Shakes.

I just bought 2 - 3 packs of the 3-2-1 Plan shakes and I expect them to be good and do what they are supposed to do. The rest will be up to me. Can’t wait!

I was 150lbs when i started using this product. I lost down to 135 lbs but due to depression and other things i have gained 5 lbs back. However, the results are not fast but it is a healthier alternative to loosing weight. This product does not destroy your metabolism or anything.

This is such a cheap meal replacement product to use. It tastes great when mixed with even skim milk. Just do yourself a favor though and get a blender bottle or something similar, because mixing by spoon just won’t cut it.

i use organic fat free milk, put in about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of milk. this makes the shake much thicker and keeps me full longer, and it’s almost like having chocolate pudding!

It’s not incredibly delicious and it’s not going to keep you satisfied forever, but it does its job pretty good. My only complaint is that even if it says it can be stirred with a spoon, it takes a lot of stirring to dissolve and sometimes a significant amount of the powder ends up in the cup instead of in the milk. For the price, however, it is a very good product.

4 Stars Nothing is perfect…but this does work for what I need.
I am almost done with my first bottle, so I’ve had some time to really get a good idea of how this stuff works.

-Cons: I have to eat when I take it or I get extremely nauseous.

It makes me sweat sometimes, especially the palms of my hands…weird.

Could be bad if you have anxiety problems or take anti-depressants…sometimes the combination of slimquick and my meds will put me into a manic state…GREAT if you’re into insane house cleaning sprees! LOL

-Pros: Absolutely gives me energy, which is great for work. I take one in the morning and one at lunch. It curbs my appetite, and I have fewer cravings for sweets. Since I started taking them in Late February, I’ve lost about 9 lbs. I don’t have an exercise routine (although I should), but this stuff just makes me MOVE alot more. I don’t know if I actually have fatigue issues or if I’m just lazy, but it is pretty significant for me that now, instead of vegging out on the couch when I get home from work, I actually DO stuff, like play with the dog, clean the house, wash the car, etc…

I first bought this product over a year ago to assit me with a new weightloss and lifestyle change. In combination with exercise, healthy eating, and this suppliment I have lost 26 pounds in about 6 months.

I have noticed that I need more of the product after extended periods of time. Since there is an element of caffeine or stimulant in the product I have to make sure I don’t take the supplement to late at night or I don’t get to sleep. I have regulated this to my schedule and have no problems sleeping now.

I continue to order this product.

3 Stars has its side effects
I have been taking this for 2 weeks now, along with excersizing and eating properly.

These make me so jittery if I take more than 2 a day. If i go up to 6 a day like the box says, my heart rate increases and I get dizzy. It works well at helping with weight loss and burning fat as I have lost about 8 lbs and my body fat is down by 2%.

I was recommended to this seller after choosing the homeopathic method. This seller answered my question and the product was received quickly.

My hunger levels were much less than I have experienced on other diets. What helped my motivation was seeing results. Other saw them too.

I read HCG Diet Made Simple: Your Step-By-Step Guide Beyond Pounds and Inches by Harmony Clearwater Grace before choosing my method.

BTW there is a lot of support at forums. The one I use the most right now is the HCG HOMEOPATHIC WEIGHT LOSS METHOD Group at Yahoo.

3 Stars Controls appetite, but the diet is impossible.
I found this product worked great at controlling my appetite. I am not completely lacking in self discipline, but I found the diet impossible to stick with because it simply was not satisfying - probably because of the lack of carbohydrates. The scary thing is that if you don’t stick with the diet then supposedly you gain more weight just eating normally (i.e. eating carbohydrates) than if you weren’t taking the stuff at all. I lasted for only two days. I think this probably could work for some people, but I could not stick with 500 calories a day.

5 Stars Homeopathic HCG does work!
I used this product in conjunction with Dr Simeon’s diet protocol and found it to be the most effective weight loss product I have ever used. I was never hungry and systematically lost half to one pound a day.

The only side-effect I suffered was a little insomnia.

If you do this diet you must be prepared to stick to the long-term plan. The first 3 - 6 weeks of weight loss is easy. I lost 25 pounds in 27 days. The harder part is the following 6 week maintenance where you monitor your diet meticulously to ensure you don’t regain what you lost.

Totally worth it! Can’t say enough about it!
