5 Stars Dr Ian is the BEST
I have been having difficulty losing weight over the last 7 years. I lost, then gained back, in total I gained 55 pounds. I tried all the other programs BUT they only put a bandaid on my wound. Then ” I met” Dr Ian last April when I bought Fat Smash…I lost 17 pounds, became a semi vegan and felt better than I ever felt! I fell off the wagon gained back some of the weight but started agin this time armed with Extreme Fat Smash and the 4 DAY Diet. With the Exteme, I lost 10.6 pounds in 3 weeks. I am now in the middle of 4 day and have lost a total of 17 pounds. I have 30 pounds more to go, so I am repeating all three books until I get there. Armed with these weapons I know I can finally conquer this challenge. I am so much more motivated to work out and have fallen completely in love with Lentils. DR IAN IS THE BEST!!

just a re-run of most of the diet books in the past. same old tired formula..eat less + exercise + rid you life of stress = weight loss. Dont waste your money

I purchased this diet book because it was widely exclaimed. I found it to be too complex and unhelpful. I wish I could get a refund.

5 Stars easy reading
Dr Ian Smith leaves out the fluff!! this is a straight forward program. the book is easy to read and the program is easy to follow. he offers no quick fixes.. just simply, eat less and exercise “some”. i enjoyed reading his book and following the program is easier than i ever thought it would be. great book.
