5 Stars IT REALLY IS YOUR METABOLISM!
This is not a diet book. It’s a book about how your metabolism really works…FINALLY! Don’t waste time on diets,supplements or exercise programs that won’t work with your individual metabolism or may even cause you to be more imbalanced. Dr. Berg really takes the complex issue of metabolism and streamlines the science into an easy to read and easy to follw system. I wish Oprah would read this book.

5 Stars The 7 Principles of Fat Burning
I have now been on Dr. Berg’s weight loss plan for 1 month and already I feel so much better. I’m sleeping better and find that eating on his plan I don’t get hungry. I still have cravings, but I am better able to control them and they are only once in a while. I haven’t lost a lot of weight, but I feel I’m on the right track and will lose more as I heal my adrenals and liver. I would recommend this program to anyone who is willing to eat vegetables and fruits.

This is an amazing book that completely breaks down and answers qustions to why our bodies do what they do. You can have all confidence in knowing that this book is definitely worth the money. Don’t even second-guess on whether or not you should buy it; just do it. You’ll thank me later !!

5 Stars Great Information and Healthy Plan
After reading this book, I found a local medical professional who administers this program (he works closely with the author, Eric Berg, DC). I have been following the program and receiving accupressure treatments (as mentioned in the book) for only a few days. However, I have already lost 1 lb., and my mood is much improved. I have struggled with insomnia, weight gain, mild hair loss, mood changes, and much more for years. I have become very interested in natural health and healing, rather than just the band-aid approach taken by most MDs. I feel that this plan is exactly what I need to finally regain my health, weight, and well being naturally. Knowing your body type and eating and excercising accordingly just makes sense. If we were all exactly the same, there would be only one diet plan that worked for everyone. As we know, that’s not the case. On Dr. Berg’s plan, I have been satisfied and even tried new foods (i.e., sauteed mushrooms with onions and real butter). You can eat healthy meals plus snacks throughout the day. I’m thrilled to have found the program and begin the journey. I feel that my search for overall health may finally be over. Do yourself a favor and read the book. Give it a try. I think you will be happy that you did. Best of luck on your road to health.

5 Stars Enlightening!
This book is a godsend! I have tried every popular weight loss program on the market and nothing has worked long term. Either my food cravings will break my will power or I will do everything perfectly, see little weight loss after the first 2 weeks and then I’ll get depressed. I have never addressed my weight by making my hormone levels healthier. I have been following this program for less than one month (23 days) and I’ve lost 13 pounds. My coworker started a week afer me and she has lost 14 pounds. Even though we are different body types we are still seeing tremendous results. I will have to give-up my “favorite” foods for the rest of my life (cakes, ice cream, pretzels, pasta, etc.), the difference with this program is I don’t care about those foods. Even if I don’t lose another pound, no cravings alone, makes this book and program worth it! It’s not a matter of will power…it’s a matter of hormones. Get this book and come out of the dark.
