To get the most out of this book it needs to be read over and over again; and not necessarily in the order of ‘front cover to back cover’. If you want an informative book that you can reference to again and again this is a great choice. To get the most out of your money this book is not one that can be read once and shelved. It’s a book that will forever stay off the bookshelf. If you are seriously looking to improve your health and lifestyle - it’s great; if not - save your money.
5 Stars the best book so far…
I’ve been studying health and wellness for a few years. And Paul Chek’s point of view is straight farward, easy to understand, and without babying. He talks about fitness, wellness, healthy eating, mind, rest… All that and you can also expand on it through the references he used. It’s fantastic. Must have for trainers and health conscious individuals.

I’m a physical education teacher and a personal trainer. This book has helped me both as a professional and in my personal wellbeing. It will help everybody to understand why the balance, and your whole life strongly influences the way you feel and look. And minor permanent changes in your life can make big transformation.
