5 Stars filling and cheesy
Found these at Walgreen’s and bought the entire stock, so I’m glad to find them on amazon. They are cheesy, filling, have 8g protein and 5 g fiber; I make a bag last through the workday and it keeps hunger at bay. Love ‘em.
2 Stars Great if you can get over the taste
I couldn’t wait to get these. I opened the first bag 30 minutes before my meal (as instructed) and ate it with a glass of water (also as instructed). My first bite wasn’t the worst thing I had tasted so I took second bite. Here is where the water is important, the bite sucked all the moisture out of my mouth and made it very hard to swallow. I had to drink some water in order to get the bite down. The taste began become an issue after the third bite. The taste was similar to old rice cakes or corn cakes from Quaker. I could feel the grit from the corn meal that was in each bite. I only got half way through the bag before I was beginning to feel ill. I wasn’t hungry after half a bag but I also didn’t want another bite of the Full Bites. If the company improves the flavor and removes a large amount of the grit, I might try them again. Until then, I won’t go near them again.
4 Stars Tastes Good
I tried a bag of these for $1.99 from Walgreen’s. I was impressed with the taste. I’m not too sure that they’re super healthy for you, but they are a better alternative to eating regular Frito Lay chips or something. Thus I decided to order a 6-Pack here on Amazon.com. I take them to work with me and it fights off the hunger until I return home for dinner, but I also drink plenty of water too. The taste is very cheesy too. I would recommend these to a friend.
3 Stars Don’t but it here
I bought this product in my local health food store for $2.50 a bag. Here it is over $3.00 a bag.
5 Stars Actually works
I actually eat these as a meal instead of “before” the meal. I eat them for breakfast or lunch with LOTS of water and they will fill me every time. They are pretty tasty and the bag is fairly full, not a lot of “air” in there.
