3 Stars Wonderful Book but Not an everyday recipe book
This book has lots of yummy looking recipes and I can’t wait to try them. The BIG flaw is that most of the recipes require special ingredients that you will have to go to a store and buy. some of the stuff you may need to have to ask for help finding in the store…if not, have to go to a specialty store. I love cooking and creating new healthy fun recipes so this is good for someone like me but for a busy person looking for quick easy recipes I do not recommend.

I have not used this book for long, but everything I have tried has been terrific. It is a great help to have this on hand as I try to cook healthy. I highly recommend this book whether or not you are trying to lose weight.

this book was a birthday gift to my sister in law so I really can’t review it. She is currently doing WeightWatchers so I thought she would enjoy this.
5 Stars Really nice cookbook!
I’m not “doing” WW, but do follow aa very healthy, low-fat, high-fiber diet, and I love this cookbook. While nothing is gourmet, take-out isn’t *supposed* to be. It’s comfortable and familiar and approachable. I have made minor modifications (add some pineapple juice to the sweet and sour, for instance - it was a bit too sour and the sauce a bit too stiff for my liking, or adding more vegetables than what is called for) but it is my go-to book if I’m tempted to get carry-out. I also like to give this to friends who aren’t into cooking, but want foods that are healthy versions of things they are accustomed to eating.
