This is my 2nd day on the product. I stacked it with Cellucor T7 also and so far this is one of my favorite stacks out. ive been taking (1) Upon Wake and (1) Mid day. (2) T7 Wake and (1) Mid day. Good energy buzz, not too cracked out. You sweat A LOT! Even when your sitting still im sweating. Good appetite suppressant.
