4 Stars Nothing is perfect…but this does work for what I need.
I am almost done with my first bottle, so I’ve had some time to really get a good idea of how this stuff works.
-Cons: I have to eat when I take it or I get extremely nauseous.
It makes me sweat sometimes, especially the palms of my hands…weird.
Could be bad if you have anxiety problems or take anti-depressants…sometimes the combination of slimquick and my meds will put me into a manic state…GREAT if you’re into insane house cleaning sprees! LOL
-Pros: Absolutely gives me energy, which is great for work. I take one in the morning and one at lunch. It curbs my appetite, and I have fewer cravings for sweets. Since I started taking them in Late February, I’ve lost about 9 lbs. I don’t have an exercise routine (although I should), but this stuff just makes me MOVE alot more. I don’t know if I actually have fatigue issues or if I’m just lazy, but it is pretty significant for me that now, instead of vegging out on the couch when I get home from work, I actually DO stuff, like play with the dog, clean the house, wash the car, etc…

I first bought this product over a year ago to assit me with a new weightloss and lifestyle change. In combination with exercise, healthy eating, and this suppliment I have lost 26 pounds in about 6 months.
I have noticed that I need more of the product after extended periods of time. Since there is an element of caffeine or stimulant in the product I have to make sure I don’t take the supplement to late at night or I don’t get to sleep. I have regulated this to my schedule and have no problems sleeping now.
I continue to order this product.

When i was useing this product on a reg bases it really cut down on my crave’n & it deff gave me energy…i saw a weight diff…so i recommend this 2 anyone
3 Stars has its side effects
I have been taking this for 2 weeks now, along with excersizing and eating properly.
These make me so jittery if I take more than 2 a day. If i go up to 6 a day like the box says, my heart rate increases and I get dizzy. It works well at helping with weight loss and burning fat as I have lost about 8 lbs and my body fat is down by 2%.
