4 Stars Found this to be a great help when shopping
for my son. Portable and easy to read, I recommend this book to anyone who’s doing any gluten-free shopping!

5 Stars A Celiac Must Have
I have been on a gluten free diet for years now and I truly think this book is a must have. Even though companies change ingredients from time to time this is a great tool to make you feel less lost in the grocery store.

5 Stars The Essential Guide for ANYONE Watching What They Eat
GREAT book and more importantly, a fundamental resource for anyone attempting a gluten-free lifestyle. The book is easy to read, informative, and well set up to give you any and all information you could possibly need. I would highly recommend this to both people suffering from gluten allergy/sensitivity to those simply wishing to eat/live a healthier lifestyle.

4 Stars What would I do without this?
This book really is ESSENTIAL to anyone with Celiac disease. It is so frustrating trying to figure out which brands are safe and not safe to eat and which brands have gluten listed on the labels. I really cannot imagine how hard a shopping trip would be without this guide. I carry it with me anywhere I go.

The only complaint I have is that it list brands found more commonly in the South. I am from Arkansas, and we don’t have Meijer or Safeway here. Everyone shops at Wal-Mart. It would be handy to have those brands common to the South listed. However, there is still a wealth of information included, and it covers many of the mainstream brands and also brands carried at Kroger.

Overall, I am incredibly impressed and would recommend this for anyone with Celiac disease or a gluten intolerance.

5 Stars EXTREMELY helpful - cut down my time AND money spent at the grocery store!
My son was recently diagnosed with an intolerance to gluten. My brother also has this. I knew that there were “normal foods” that were gluten-free, but was overwhelmed when going to the grocery store and standing in the isles on my phone, calling the companies to see if their products are GF or not! This book is a lifesaver! We were in and out of the grocery store today within 45 minutes and were able to get everything on our list; not to mention my total was MUCH less b/c I could buy some of the store brand items!! (we shop at Hy-Vee) This is a must have for gluten free shopping.
