5 Stars A Classic & Wonderful Intro to Eating Well!
First bought this book almost 40 years ago, when I first became a vegetarian. I’ve always loved Dick Gregory, and this tome is a quick & fun read, packed with good advice, and great to give to anyone contemplating a more healthful change in their life! Not much else to say, except I highly recommend it….
