5 Stars A CLASS A BOOK ABOUT DETOX, DIET AND WELL BEING
Great book. Written with knowledge, professionalism and seriousness. At the same time, easy, agreeable and light to read. An interesting and excellent lesson about detox, effective diet and well being in general. Suzi Grant has a high practical sense, so the book is full of delicious recipes that you can use all your life. She thinks of both body and mind, just as it must be a success diet. The last, but not the least, by reading this book you not only learn what to eat when, but most important you learn why - for instance you learn how important your liver is to your life/health and why and what to do to keep it in good shape. For anybody wishing to diet with sensibleness or simply to improve health based on good feeding, I strongly recommend this class A book.

5 Stars IT’S IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO GET SLIMMER AND HEALTHIER BY FOLLOWING THE ADVICES ON THIS EXCELLENT BOOK
My congratulations to the author Suzi Grant. Excellent book, very practical and easy to read. It’s great to understand why is it best to do this instead of that and what food makes to your body. This book is very well structured and has lots of useful advises on how to live better not only when dieting. It includes delicious vegetarian recipes. I would say it’s impossible not to get slimmer and healthier by following the advices on this book. It’s most important advices are repeated along the book to make sure you don’t forget them. This is a comprehensive book about well being, really.
