When I picked up this small book, I was at a stage of my life where I felt overwhelmed by all that I had been through and though I suffered no medical illness per se, I could PHYSICALLY feel the stress creeping up on me. It was there like a hole in my chest that kept expanding and pressuring me. The idea of a detox program that kasts for only 48 hours seemed too good to be true. I went home and flipped through the book. True, it takes just two days, a weekend to do all the exercises and activities mentioned in its pages, but you have to prepare for it beforehand. You will be needing certain materials and things to use in your exercises. And for my hectic life at the time, I never got around to doing any of it! However, I am at a quieter place now in life and I do use the book every now and then for a quick fix me up. It does not alter your system or change your life,but somehow gives you something fun to do while making you feel more relaxed and toned up for life…
