5 Stars Wonderful Dive Into Emotions, Food and Connecting with Your True Self
I bought the eBook version of this and have read it twice already. It is extremely helpful if you have any emotional connection with food and it had a plethora of ways to deal with and overcome eating issues. You will write your Optimal Vision for your life - which was not only fun, but enlightening. You will also compose an eating plan (very helpful) and have TONS of resources and recommendations to assist you on your journey to Raw Food and also make it an enriching experience.
I think Angela’s writing style is wonderful because you can truly tell that it is coming from her heart - she is passionate about this lifestyle and truly wants to help others. It is also very nice to know that she has gone through the transition and the sidebars from her own experience are really great and inspiring.
