5 Stars Doesn’t feel like a diet
This is a great pocket sized book full of info on how to shed some pounds. The best part about it is that it does not feel like a diet-you even get to eat ice cream! There are a lot more recipes in here than in the original Abs Diet book, also a guide to eating out including fast food options.

4 Stars Good guide book
This is a great book if you don’t like to read alot or have time. It provides good information and I love the size of it. It fits in my purse and I can take it anywhere…. I lost 3 pounds the first week… I don’t consider it as a diet but a new way I’m going to eat for the rest of my life….. Healthy….I recommended this book to several of my co-workers and my family….

Everything you need to make the right choices in a compact, portable size. You can easily take it with you wherever you go.

3 Stars I’m on the fence
On the one hand the book has inspirational stories of others success, recipes, shopping guidelines, meal ideas, and a quick summary of the Abs Diet plan. On the other hand it’s a summary of the Abs Diet.

I think it’s helpful, it is small enough to keep in a person or briefcase for daily reminders. I just don’t know if it’s necessary.

If you need the extra boost and motivation, okay, then I think you should get the Eat Right Every Time Guide. Initially I thought it would be more of what to eat at every opportunity guide. That’s not really what it is. There is some of that in there, but that is not the whole book and it isn’t easy to navigate the book to get the information you want fast enough.
