5 Stars I love my South Beach Diet cookbooks!
Since starting on the South Beach Diet, I have been accumulating cookbooks for recipes. When my daughter decided she wanted to get on the diet as well, I went back to the book store to find identical cookbooks, but unfortunately, they didn’t have this one. On my search through the web, I cam across this great buy! It arrived very quickly and was in excellent shape. Thank you for your great customer service!!!

This adds so much flexibility and variety to the SBD. It even includes delicious, gourmet recipes from famous chefs that are all approved for the diet! So glad I bought it!

5 Stars Diet Or Not, These Recipes Are AWESOME!
I serve these scrumptuous meals to family and company alike. The response is alway enthusiastic. You’ll seem like a gourmet chef, and the results betray the ease of preparation. Our teenagers love the meals which simplifies cooking for dieters and non-dieters alike.

My favorites are Caribbean Baked Chicken with Mango, Bolivian Spiced Pork Chops, Capri Chicken and Spinach Souffle Stuffed Chicken. In these and the other recipes, spices replace traditional fattening flavor enhancers. You won’t miss the pound producing add-ons at all!

The dessert section provides more pleasing choices than the ricotta based desserts in the original South Beach Diet Book which I personally did not enjoy. Our family loves Apple and Almond Souffle, an easy to prepare sugar-less and satisfying treat!

The large-print version is especially helpful for those of us over-40′ers. Beautiful photos throughout provide serving inspiration.

Diet or no diet, these recipes will become family favorites.
