i first saw george stella on food network–he is amazing–great to watch makes everything interesting and couldn’t wait to get cooking in my own kitchen.
this book is very nicely put together–he explains how it worked for him and his family, the hard and easy parts and was really someone you could relate to. it doesn’t have all the crazy body/chemical reaction–crazy concoctions that you have to send away for– not schedules when to eat this and drink this–great
a cookbook you can live with and it is fun making my own favorite meals and making them low-carb–seriously if you can make pancakes and dessert low carb–you can make anything low carb just takes your imagination and george stella’s down to earth book

This guy can cook! I lost weight just reading the recipes! OK, maybe a slight exageration, but the recipes taste good, are low carb, and fast fixen’. Andddd, there’s a sweet tooth section that’s unbelievable. I have and recoment both his cookbooks.
