This could be the most dangerous, irresponsible diet book on the market.
There is zero proof that HCG has anything to do with fat loss. The only reason people lose weight on this diet is that one is consuming only 500 calories per day.
4 Stars The Weight Loss Cure
The book does a good job of explaining the problems with our food and drug industry today. My husband has seen his ads and believes he’s just out to make money. I have diabetes and I’m following his advise and feel much better and my diabetes is getting better.
1 Stars Just did not work for me
I knew some people who were having good success with this weight loss method, so I got the book and followed it to the letter. I thought sure it would be my answer, after not having any success with any other weight loss program. Well, it just did not work for me. I spent hundreds of dollars on the supplements, the HCG, buying all the right lotions, shampoos, makeup, deodorant, organic foods, etc. I did the Phase 1 prep, then on Phase 2 I lost only 9 pounds, after the whole thirty days of starving myself. When I went on Phase 3, I gained back 6 of the 9 pounds within 2 weeks. I honestly did not cheat, as some of my friends did and still lost the weight. I can’t explain it. But I think people should know it just doesn’t work for everyone.

This product was shipped immediately, it was received in very good condition and has been vital to the success of the diet that I have embarked upon. I would definitely order from this particular venue again.

The book was very informative, but mentions a substance you need in order to lose weight which is not available. So in essence why bring to ones attention that this substance exist but cannot get in the USA….. in order to lose the weight. Bottomline, a waste of money.
