Flat Belly Diet
User Ratings and Reviews
1 Stars Men..don’t wast your money
Ok, there is good information..if you are having water gain, bloating or PMS weight problems. This book is writen by women for women. Guys, don’t waste your money unless you are brave enough to buy it for your wife for mothers day!
1 Stars This is not a good book
I should have had a clue when they stated exercise isn’t necessary! The only weight I lost was on the 4 day anti-bloat, and I can’t eat that kind of food for the rest of my life. Ingredients that were complicated and expensive… recipes that were not easy. Not to mention that I was hungry due to the lack of protein in this diet and I am used to eating 6 small meals at 1200 calories, instead of 4 meals at 1600. If you are looking for a good book try the Abs Diet- that works and gives you a good exercise program. Plus the food/ recipes are easy and filling with the Abs Diet & it also includes the MUFA’s. Sorry Flat Belly Diet, but you don’t cut it!
5 Stars Belly Fat Gone in a Flash
Read the article promoting the phenomenal weight losses in PREVENTION, ordered the book, started the program prior to receipt of the book and success has been mine. Lost 10+ lb’s in less than 30 days, have had a huge increase in energy (I cleaned the garage ???!!!) am never hungry and the belly fat is going. I would recommend this book for anyone looking to loose weight in a healthy manner, quickly, with no exercise. When you have dropped a few pounds, you will want to start working out just because you want the total package for you. Good luck and “eat a MUFA at every meal.”
5 Stars great info
As a way to eat the rest of my life, I love this book. I have had more energy, better control of my blood sugars eating foods I like, than any other plan I have found.
1 Stars Not For Men!
There is some good information in this book, but please know that it is definitely targeted at women. What particularly disappointed me is that the calorie counts in the book - for the 4-day Flush plus the 28-day diet itself - are calcuated for women. The book states that men can find their equivalent calorie counts on the website, [...]. I went to the website but the information wasn’t there. When I emailed the company for help, I was told that they didn’t have the male calorie count information, and they recommended I buy a different book. Not cool!
